4-1-1c: The restriction for a garment extending below the singlet has been modified to allow a tight fitting, single solid color, unadorned product that does not extend below the knee.
SO does this meen no tights may be worn anymore in hisghchool wrestling. I reamber they used to be what everyone wore back in the 70's and early 80's. I dont see why we couldnt.
When i say tights i meen like the robin hood all the way into the shoe tights that go under the singlet.
