Wow what a coach. Check out his vids. The first one is more informational but among the best I have seen. Not really a forum for material this great, so I thought it would be best to place where our young wrestlers and coaches could all learn from.
it wasn't that good in the beginning but it picked up in the end and taught me much!! I HIGHLY recommend
