Under "eligibility" on the southern plains entry form it says a participant must qualify at a sanctioned USA Wrestling event. Is the state tournament Kansas's qualifying event for the Southern Plains Tournament?

I will try to remember what Mike Juby told me. The following are "Kansas qualifiers" for Southern Plains.

1. A medalist at Kansas Kids State Folkstyle Championship Tournament

2. A medalist at USA Wrestling Kids National Folkstyle Championship Tournament

3. Participated in any sanctioned Greco Roman / Freestyle Tournament this year (State is this weekend in Baldwin)
