Paola spoiled everybody by listing their entries. Kansas does a great job of posting results and our web site is second to none. The one area of improvement would be listing entries!

That is nice, but you know what the old school guys are going to say. "It shouldn't matter who is in your bracket because you're going to have to beat them all to take first anyway".

It would be nice to know if you had to beat all two of them or all 10. The only downside is the effort to type the entries. I can tell you that the effort that Paola puts into their tournament is noticed. There is no reasonable debate about it being a positive for kids and their families.

I understand. I'm just like every other parent out there, I'm curious to see who and how many are in the bracket. Our head coach is a good friend of mine and is trying to break me of that. He believes it's best for the kid that he/she doesn't know who he/she is going to wrestle until they are out on the mat with them, that way they aren't beat before they step on the mat or get over confident.

Old school thinking... If the information is available lets get it out to the wrestling community. Every major national event post their entries so I think it is time for the local events to catch up. Use the information to inspire your wrestler. Revenge match or set a goal to not lose to an opponent you have beaten earlier in the year. Spin the information to make your wrestler mentally tougher!
