Tuesday we will work out at 5pm, and then most of us will convoy on over to the Metro Classic to yell for the Kansas seniors.

We have a large handful of high school state placers, champs, and finalists coming to train: Aldon Isenberg, Tyler Stokes, Aaron Berscheidt, Kuty Russell, Ryan Weaver, Derrick Weller, Parker Madl, Tyler & Derek Koehn, Jordan Brown, and some more that have said they are going to try to make it.

I'm also expecting many from my academy who are preparing for the USAW Kansas Kids post-season championship tournaments, which includes Ryne Cokeley, Tanner Madl, Bryce Shoemaker, Hunter Haralson, and Tyler Baughman to mention a few.

This FREE 3 week program will benefit any wrestlers who want to spike their training 1-2 times a week to prepare for upcoming events. Hope to see you there.

That was a good one (or 2 actually). Now I'll be ashamed if you don't win the Greco title at Jr's this year. Might as well take the fs title home while you're at it.

I will seek my headlock revenge tonight. I got your ride to practice covered, so don't try to dodge me!

95th and K7. Go west 1 mile on 95th, you'll see the school on the North just before Claire Rd.. Go to the Southwest side of the school and park. Enter at the stairs marked Sluggers Baseball. Wrestling room is just inside the school.

Aldon's headlocks are hell...if you aren't ready to be a beast on the roll or the post say goonight and give up b/c you're toast! I've fallen victim to it a few times as well (especially on that first day of practice...you know what I'm talkin'bout Aldon!).
