After reading the paper yesterday about the upcoming Hutch state title game, it occured to me that Romero Cotton may possibly win 4 state titles in both wrestling and football this year. How many times has that happened?

You don't have to look any further than Devin Bahm and Justin Ware, both of Ark City who won individual and team titles all in the same sport. There may be more but those are the ones who quickly come to mind.
