Our next session will be this Sunday at Valley Center HS, from 9-3:30pm. We will cover the top position and front headlock position. Two key areas that are often overlooked in our sport. Two areas where talent and athleticism are not required. In other words, I don't think you have to be a great athlete to be great at these two positions.
