I know the finals of the each Regional set the rankings for State on the bracket, but what determines what side of the bracket each regionals will be on?

Junction City
Leavenworth
Maize
Overland Park

It is determined by KSHSAA and not released until after regionals. That way no one can manipulate their place on the bracket.
