The next training session for the Wichita group will be on Sunday, Feb. 10th. Session will run from 9-3:30. Technically, the focus will be on head outside leg attacks; Hi-C and Blast double. 6 key finishes will be covered for the Hi-C, with 3 being from bad positions. Remember, the kids don’t get points for shooting, they get points for finishing! Great wrestlers finish shots and know how to troubleshoot bad positions. Hope to see you there.
