My wife reserved rooms a couple of weeks ago (not sure where), but we are still waiting to see how many entries there will be. I guess we will know by tonight. Good luck to your boy and to Brauer!

Kitch,

I think we are going to switch hotels to the capital city plaza. Closer to the arena, better pool, nicer hotel, and most of all they have a nice bar with alot of tv's.

Kitch,
Have you looked lately to see how many there are in the 43lb. class? Is Hunter's name on it?

Thanks

I copied and pasted that link but it doesn't seem to be working. Try this instead:
---Go to http://www.trackwrestling.com
---Choose "Kansas" from the drop down list under "State Held In"
---Choose "This week" from the drop down list under "Common Dates"
---Click "Go"
---You will see the 6U State and the District tourney listed...click on the 6U State and "Enter Tournament"
---Once that Tournament loads, click on "Participants" on the left side and you can see all entries and their weight class.

What are we allowed to bring into the building?

1. Cameras
2 Camcorders
3. Tripods
4. Coolers
5. Food in grocery sacks
6 Anything else.

Just wondering if this will be different than the big state tournament.
Thanks

1. Cameras - yes
2. Camcorders - yes
3. Tripods - yes
4. Coolers - no
5. Food in grocery sacks - no

The restrictions will be more laxed than state. We do not have a photographer on the floor, so cameras will be allowed. You can bring in water for the wrestlers for sure. There WILL be a hospitality room for coaches...with real food.

Will only bronze certified coaches who have their current usaw wrestling card be allowed on the floor? I know at the big state that is how it is, but what about this tournament. If so, that could be a big problem for some.
