When are weigh-ins and how much of an allowance are we given?

Aldon,
You get 10 lbs. from scratch weight. You can either do a Homesite weigh-in with your coach Sunday morning or weigh in at the site. If you choose the Homesite option, be sure to bring a weigh in sheet signed by your coach.
We will see you on Sunday.
