The Jr. Viking Wrestling Club will be running a Freestyle/Greco-Roman practices on Wednesday nights at Topeka-Seaman in April/May. If interested please email me and I will forward a flier to you.

Sign-up and 1st practice is tonight from 5:45-7:30pm. All are welcome...we will discuss our practice schedule, optional Sunday nights with Akin (spots will be filled with JVWC FR/GR participants first), summer camp opportunities, and FR/GR competition dates. A flier can be found on the home page under the Free Style Clubs link. I hope to see you there...

Hey Mark just wondering how the first practice went and what kind of turn out there was. Do you know yet if the Sunday night practice will be a go?
