Kansas Wrestling Forums General Discussion Kids Folkstyle Congrats Anover Jaguar Wrestling Club at State

I would like to commend the Andover Jaguar Wrestling Team on a great 1st season and 3rd Overall Team Placing at State. The team qualified 24 wrestlers and had 9 in the finals. Thanks to head coach Dan Gentzler and his assistants, parents, family, friends, and team-mates for all their support. Great Job!

Dan is a great teacher in the wrestling room, he provided a lot of insight on the sport to my son, so it is no suprise that his new team did so well in their first year. Way to go Dan.

Dan knows wrestling but I think the congradulation goes only to the Kids...... What he showed me at Districts (his coaching) was terrible. In case your wondering what i'm talking about it would be the last match of the day against Valley Center. But you are correct Congradulations to the Kids. Great Job.

What happened to Chase Gumeringer, 8 U 67 I was looking forward to watching him at state and he was a scratch. Did he get sick or have trouble making weight?
