It was a lot of fun, thanks troy.
I'm waaaay to outta shape to be doing this kind of thing, and I'm extremely sore this morning but it did feel good to get back on the mat again.

175 Bronco? You'd better lay off the ho-hos.

Thanks to Troy Keiswetter and his crew for putting this tournament again for the third year - very well run, great atmosphere, and a whole lot of fun.
And as if I wasn't hurting bad enough Sunday morning, I joined my wife and sister-in-law in running a 5k in Overland Park... only had to stop and walk three times, but man I feel like a truck ran over me this morning!

175 Bronco? You'd better lay off the ho-hos. I was only 170.4 and that was after a night of good eats and GREAT drinks... it wasn't pretty. For the Sunflower State Games I'm thinking 155 or so should be about fighting weight...
