alright so i just moved here to ft riley and im orginally from michigan and i wanted to know how the whole freestyle thing works down here and if i had to register for a card down here like back at home or what, if maybe i had to take a physical anyways what do i do to be able to sign up for free style wrestling down here??

Find a local wrestling club by clicking on the Clubs link on the left hand side and contact them. They will let you know when the meetings and practices will take place. Here in Kansas we endure about 5 months of folkstyle (Nov-March) before freestyle and greco. Welcome to Kansas and best of luck!

Any clubs around Wellington area that do continue on and coach Freestyle after Folkstyle is over? I have a son that is interested but I know absolutly nothing about freestyle except that it is different.

In the Wellington area I recommend contacting Jesse Dale or Darin Goodrum. Jesse Dale is the Wellington High School head wrestlng coach.
