Cost:
$225.00 per wrestler
$215.00 per parent with a coach’s floor pass
$200.00 per parent or passenger with admission to tournament only (no floor pass)

Wrestler’s Cost Includes:
Transportation to and from the tournament, tournament entry fee and hotel for Saturday night. We will also hold a Saturday workout at one of the high schools in Loveland or at the event center prior to weigh-ins.
Parent/Passenger’s Cost Includes:
Transportation to and from the tournament, spectator’s pass into the tournament, a coach’s pass if coaching during the tournament and hotel for Saturday night.
Food:
Wrestlers and parents/passengers will be responsible for their own food costs throughout the trip. We will try to eat together as a team whenever possible (i.e. Saturday after weigh-ins and Sunday on the way home).
Hotel:
There will be four (4) people to a hotel room. Two queen size beds per room. The rooms will be assigned once a final list is complete.

Depart Friday Evening/Night (exact time to be determined):
Leave from Lowe’s Parking Lot located at I-29 and Barry Road (Address: 8601 N Boardwalk Ave, Kansas City, MO)
Saturday, November 8th, 2008
Arrive at Hotel. Team workout in the morning. Weigh-in for tournament. Eat together as a team.
Sunday, November 9th, 2008
Wrestle. Dinner in Denver, Colorado on the way home to Kansas City.
Monday, November 10th, 2008
Return to Lowe’s Parking Lot. (exact time to be determined) (Wrestlers will have an opportunity to call their parents/rides to notify them of approximately when to be picked up). Approximate time b/t 6-8am.
