Elite Group Training


This intense group training is for serious kid wrestlers well beyond the novice level. Training sessions will be fast paced and lots of hard work. Wrestlers will learn and drill high percentage winning techniques and fundamentals from top-level coaches. Training sessions will include focused drilling, conditioning, and lots of hard wrestling.

The season is broken into 4 quarters (8 practices each qtr)

First Quarter:

Dec. 2,4,9,11,16

Second Quarter:
Jan. 6,8,13,15,20,22,27,29

Third Quarter:
Feb. 3,5,10,12,17,18,24,26

Fourth Quarter:

We have about 10 spots open for Tues and Thursday nights. A lot of tough kids so far, traveling throughout the metro. No practice this Thursday,Nov 25th.
We hope to fill the room tonight.

We will offer a make-up practice after looking over our calendar, and will have nights open during he Holiday break.
