ya from what i remember it hasnt changed...at least last year i member somebody having to shave at districts in mulvane....

Yes. Had a 16 yo show up at subs with a little c chin shrubbery. At skin check, they handed him a bic, and had him take it off.

Yes they are, We go by High School Rules unless specified other wise in the kids modification rules and that is not mentioned. So they kids must go buy High School Rules.
