We bought those headgear for our team two years ago and have had nothing but problems with them, my suggestion is also to get a new headgear. Not only can you not find replacement pads but the straps seem to break very often, at the pop rivet which breaks the plastic. We went to the old style from Brute but with the new pads, they are very durable!
