A high school classmate and life-long friend of mine, Nick Smith, was injured last week while wrestling at a high school practice in his hometown of Audubon, Iowa.
He lost sensation in his legs and trunk areas and was life-flighted to a Des Moines hospital. His prognosis is improving, but Nick, his wife Jenny and three boys need all of the thoughts and prayers that you can give.
