Congratulations to Olathe North in winning the team title. It looks like their big wrestlers Carroll 215 and Vincent 285 pull the team victory out for Olathe North in the end. Eric, it looks like you missed an exciting end to the tournament. It pays to stay and watch the big boys finish sometimes especially a potential future Nebraska Cornhusker who could be sacking Oklahoma Sooner quarterbacks in the near future! wink

Wow. Sanches beat Revoir and Carroll beat Woten. Big wins for both of those guys! I sure didn't leave for lack of interest. I had to be somewhere.

Congratulations to Olathe North!

Yes, those were two quality wins over higher ranked opponents. Congratulations to both Jarrad Sanches of SM West and Josh Carroll of Olathe North in winning against two high ranked opponents. Looks like Jarrad and Josh are both getting well prepared for regionals and state at the right time.

Eric, I know you would have stayed to the end of you could have. You are about the best high school wrestling fan that I know of. I just have to razz you a little bit though when I see you left before the big boys get done. I have seen the gym empty out too many times in the last four years before they get to heavyweight. I just wish more people would stay to the end of the tournaments to show appreciation for the efforts of the wrestlers in all the weight classes including those in the heavier weight classes. I liked it when the Bobcat did a blind draw on where to start the tournament final and they ended up starting it at 119 or 125.

It is actually Jake Carroll from Olathe North...it is his older brother that is Josh...he is a coach at Olathe North....

My bad. I apologize Jake but that is what happens when you wrestle like your brother did. Congratulations, Jake Carroll.
