Who is going to be strong next year at 189 6A

Whoever can put the most weight up on squats, hang clean, and bench press.

I heard....
That Josh Hicks from Goddard wants to try to make that weight but I don't think he can get down that far.
You also have Tyler Woodruff from Goodard that is naturally at that weight but wrestled heavy weight because Boaz was at 189 & Hicks was at 215. He did a very decent job at Heavy weight for a freshman under 195.

So I think if he wrestled 189 then he would do a pretty good job!

What about 189 5a?

I would tend to agree with you about Hicks. BUT, Its still 6 or 7 months away and if that's his goal then you never know.
I think he needs to stay at 215!

Look out for Gage Knudson he took 3rd at 215 last year

yea he only weighs 205

Gage was at 215 only because he didnt want to cut weight but he was naturally around 200 as a sophmore and took 3rd at state beating out full 215 pounders (should have been in the finals but couldnt get any stall calls). I think he will loose some more child fat over the high school off season and make a choice then. Who knows.

you don't wrestle for stalling call you wrestle for points from like takedowns not stalling calls?

lol Ok...im not gonna debate it with you. What happend happend. He's a soph with two more years to win state. I assume you wrestled him considering your name so im taking nothing away from you. I just know him and his potential. Good luck in the up coming year sir.
