Sunday Practice will include techique, drilling, conditioning, mental toughness training, and live wrestling. Cost $10 every Sunday.Sunday Practice will be lead by George Roath. All wrestlers are welcome!!! Sunday practice will continue until the conclusion of 2009-2010 wrestling season with some scheduled breaks. Practice begins at 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Please Email George at g_roath@hotmail.com if you plan to attend and need more information.

Aww, come on coach! Those Topeka kids need the same amount of work as the KC kids! I'm sure you have the time to do it!
