Grandpa,
In my honest opinion, the guy you have listed as the contact person for the job is a great applicant. I know he is an administrator, but I would try to get him in the room if my son were in that program. Ramon was a good HS wrestler, wrestled at Garden City CC, and was a coach at Mulvane under coach Brown. If he has time to do it, he would be my pick.

I have put in for this postion as well, coached at El Dorado High School as the Asst. in 2002 and was adwarded Asst. Coach of the Year does this help my chances on this position? I also wrestled at Nickerson when attending school there, I would love to rebuild this program to what it once was and can be, its going to need a little work but basics is the key if anyone has any suggestions that will help me let me know and thanks for the help.
