I can't remember how bracketing works in pairing up the districts. Is is District 1 paired up with District 4 and District 2 and 3 together?

Check the home page, I think it's still the first topic. It will take you to all the qualifiers and it gives you an exact format for the whole bracket. In general, it is 1 & 3, 2 & 4. Good luck!
