2010 2010 - HS 2009 2009 - 16
North 1 569 109 468 70
South 1 632 102 597 98
North 2 557 136 460 70
South 2 454 60 448 49
East 3 418 64 368 41
West 3 460 59 433 48
North 4 428 58 372 56
South 4 469 58 426 34
3987 646 3572 466

This data could be a little premature as the 2009 numbers are post tournament and the 2010 numbers are entries before scratches. The early analysis shows that the HS division vs 16U brought out 180 more contestants and overall we are up 415 over last year. That is significant growth.

We have a significant disparity in that District 3 has a total of 878 participants while District 1 has 1201. Perhaps Shawnee County should be moved to District 3 next year.

Wondering if the weight class for high school division is 245 or 250, it's listed as 245 on the state page and 250 on the sub district page that has the kids names and weight classes posted?

Did we vote on weight class changes at the last meeting? If not, the highest weight for the high school division should be 275#.

That's what I would like to know, the state page has 245 and 275, but the sub district page has it listed as 250 and 285.

The minutes from the state meeting state the changes BUT I do not remember voting on any weight changes. If that had been an option I would have liked to have offered and admendment from the floor to go with middle school and high school weights respectively.
