Wondering if anyone knows how you can fix plaques from state. My son received one that was very scratched up. Especially on the fine lettering. The blue seems to be the affected color only. He asked when he got it if it was suppose to be that scratched and whomever said they come that way. This is his first state and I would like to get it fixed so that he can enjoy it for years to come. Any suggestions? Or where they make these ones?
