Lawrence Free State is hosting a dual tournament on Thursday, February 3, 2011 beginning at 3:30 p.m. There will be a total of 8 teams, split into two even pools. Teams wrestle each team in their pool, and then wrestle the same place from the other pool (i.e. 1st place in Pool A wrestles 1st place in Pool B, 2nd place in Pool A wrestles 2nd place in Pool B, etc.)
Teams committed so far are Free State, BVNW, Louisburg, Manhattan, and Washburn Rural, so there are 3 spots open. This past year we got started at 4:30 and everyone was on their way home by 9:30. Hopefully with an earlier start we can get done a bit earlier. Awards for 1st, 2nd, 3rd places and an OW. Coaches are well fed as well!
