WRESTLING FOR A GRATER REASON
WRESTLING CAMP

WHEN: August 6 - 8, 2010 (Friday-Sunday)

LOCATION: Clay Center Community High School Wrestling Room
1630 9th Street, Clay Center, KS (North side of HS)
or across the street from the Middle School

TIME: (K-6th grade) Friday & Saturday (3:00 – 4:30) and Sunday (4:00 – 6:00 pm)
(7th grade – High School) Friday & Saturday (6:00 – 8:00) and Sunday (4-6:00)
(Some wrestlers may be moved to a different session because of their skill levels)
Try to attend as many sessions as possible – breaks will be taken throughout!!

COST: $45 (includes camp t-shirt) -- For families with more than one wrestler participating, a $5 discount will be given to each.

CAMP CLINICAN: Danny Grater

REQUIREMENTS:

.. All participants must be members of USA Wrestling. Otherwise, an additional $35 will be charged so a membership card with secondary insurance can be purchased for you.
.. Each participant is required to complete the camp application form, which includes waiver of liability.
.. Each participant should wear clean workout clothes (shirt / shorts), wrestling shoes, and head gear AND have a full water jug for replenishing their fluids.

This summer wrestling camp is designed to provide advancement in basic technique for all levels of wrestlers. Camp will include instruction on wrestling technique, preparation of mental toughness, weight training and learning how to properly maintain your weight (eating the correct way), live wrestling, and learning what it takes to become the best you can be. This wrestling camp is being held in memory of my father, Greg Grater, who was the Head Coach and Club Director of the Clay County Wrestling Club from 1972-2006.
