I can't say who's the best over all...
But Brycen Schroeder was undefeated in Ks last year and only had 2 take downs againest him the whole season (maybe a few more if you include national tournaments)...
I think that makes him pretty good on his feet!

Cole Moses has to be in the mix. He is non-stop on his feet. Even though he was six and under Kael Pappan has to be in there as well. He won eight and under state by taking down Kale McCracken who is quite the stud himself.
