WHO: For grade school and junior high wrestlers beyond the beginner level. Workouts are a combination of drills, technique instruction, live sparring, and conditioning. Sessions are intense, yet mind set and work ethic are qualities that are more important than experience level.
WHEN: Tues & Thur 6:30 - 8:00
WHERE: St. James Academy
This season will begin Tuesday, Nov 16th. We have our season broken into 4 quarters:
Quarter one: November 16th - December 16th
Quarter two; Jan. 4th - 27th
Quarter three: Feb. 1st - 24th
Quarter four; March 1st - state tournament
