Does anyone know where sub-district 3 east is going to be held? I can't seem to find that or sub-district 4 either.

Clay Co. is the host, but it will be held at Riley Co. High School. Contact Danny Grater or Tom Richard.

District IV, North Sub is Phillipsburg, South is Dodge City I believe, and Districts for IV are in Pratt.
