I work this way with my son.But I myself could not have been tought in this manner.I am bull headded and fight for what I think is right.My dad/mom did what they needed to to keep me on the strate line.From this I think there is some kids out there that need to be yelled at or spanked every so often.It sure did not hurt me.
I have 2 kids,they get and need difrant punishment.

I concur! Your have to know your wrestlers. I just like that it be positive. I think Krause has a good positive approach and his energy, and words of wisdom can help a lot of parents and coaches. It's helped me! Feel free to PM me if you like. Understand about representing your club. Sounds like you do a good job with it. Good luck this season!

Just left the Maize room and Mike is off the charts. Intensity is unreal and every kid was having a blast.
