I guess I havent been paying attention, but when did Goodland drop to 3A? I always enjoyed sitting next to the Goodland fans back in the Wichita days. Nice people, and traveled very well.

Coach Sramek,
Can you post the names of the schools that will be attending?
The will to win is important, but the will to prepare is vital.

Something to Note: If you have an older PC (like me), and have an older version of Windows Media Player (like me), And you try the live broadcast link – it may not work/read a pls file. You can download a fix for this at http://openplsinwmp.codeplex.com/Just download the program (free) – then run it – works fine for me. Also, I hope the announcers are as knowledgeable and entertaining as Ben Duel and Rich Epp.

If its covered by 97.9 KWGB it will probably be Chad Jones & Terry Bahe and 99.9 KWKR will probably be long time 101.1 KFNF announcer Adam Kadavy, so I would say either way it will have good coverage.

Did Adam go back to Oberlin? Thought he was at Garden City/Scott City, maybe he will be there for both stations. Wow, sounds like alot of radio stations in the mix. How will they fit them all in that small space? lol

I checked out the website and love the live broadcast tab right there with all the results and brackets. This should make Friday a very unproductive day in the office.

My understanding is that 97.9 KWGB will not only be offering play-by-play of the tournament, but plans to have mat-side commentary and coaches interviews this year. I know they are excited to add Troy Reitcheck and Terry Bahe to their regular broadcast crew for this event.
This regional probably is not quite as deep as the last one hosted by Goodland in 2003, but arguably one of the best tournaments in the state this season. Should be a great weekend!
Seeding meeting will take place Thursday night, and my understanding is there will be 4-5 weights with 17 or 18 kids so they might not be posted until Friday morning.

It will be Terry Bahe helping with the broadcast not Randy.

36 ranked kids out of a total of 84. That is just shy of 50% at one regional. Someone with better math skills correct me.
I know the Norton regional last year was loaded. Anyone have the numbers to see how the two compare?
