usa wrestling cards?

I have a group of HS wrestlers that purchased their USA wrestling cards at a preseason tournament in Missouri. When the HS year is ended and they are wanting to do tournaments again (kids state). Will we have to turn around and purchase one in Kansas?

They shouldn't have to as long as the card was purchased after 9/1/10.
