While these are Cheney's first qualifiers in 4A they have also had qualifiers in 321A. In 2007, Kyle Pinkley at 189 and James Glazier at 215 made it to Hays for Cheney.

farmboy4 Member F Joined: May 2010 Posts: 16	But they didn't come from Cheneys team. They combined with garden plain in the past and they split three seasons ago so therefore these are the first state qualifiers from Cheneys wrestling program.

They coopted with GP during the regular season, but then KSHSAA policy requires them to split and only wrestle for their home school in the post-season.
