Freestyle and Greco practices will be held at Bonner Springs High School every Tuesday and Thursday nights at 6PM beginning April 5. This is a FREE opportunity, but you must have a USA wrestling card.
All ages and skill levels are welcome. There will be 1st and 2nd year wrestlers through high school state champs and fargo All-Americans in the room. All technique shown will be in alignment with the Kansas National teams philosophy.
