Kansas Wrestling Forums General Discussion High School Valley Center December Duals

We are currently looking for another team for our tournament. Current teams entered are Valley Center, Derby, Wichita Heights, Clay Center, Emporia, Great Bend, Andover Central, Chanute and Douglass. Five Duals in one day. First Saturday in December.

My preference would be to add a 5A team that we don't already see during the season.

We added Goddard High School to the tournament which makes it pretty tough. Hope we can win a match.

Goddard 6A Runner-up
Derby High School 3rd 6A
Clay Center 4A Runner-up
Chanute 6th 4A
Great Bend
Valley Center
Douglass
Emporia

We are investigating taking the tournament to two-days and adding 8 teams. Three pools of six with 7 matches in two days. If there are coaches interested in something like this in the next couple of years let me know. Good competition, good hospitality room and we will have a brand new high school and excellent facilities.
