May 29 - June 3 Ramada Inn Convention Center, Kearney NE
May 31 – June 4 Ramada Inn Convention Center, Kansas City MO
June 4 - 8 Crowne Plaza Hotel Convention Center, Denver CO
June 8 - 12 Jamestown College, ND

I still have not receieved the instructional DVD that I was told I would get for putting out a bunch of Chertow camp information at the Mill Valley Invitational. When can I expect to receive that DVD?
