Folkstyle Tour of America – 2011 King of the Mountain

December 3, 2011 (weigh-ins on the 2nd)
Douglas County Events Center in Castle Rock, Colorado

Bantam (2004-2005)
Intermediate (2002-2003)
Novice (2000-2001)
Middle School (1997-1999 plus enrolled in grades 6-8)
True Beginners divisions are available in all age groups for wrestlers with less than two years of wrestling experience.

Registration is $35 for regular division athletes, and $20 for True Beginner athletes.

Registration opens Monday, October 10th at 12:00 PM – Noon – Pacific Time. Registration will be capped at 600 wrestlers. USA Wrestling does not charge for adjusting weight classes, even at weigh-ins, so sign up early to guarantee your spot in the event.

USA Wrestling and All-American Wrestling Supply are proud to offer the Coaches Rewards Program. For every five (5) registered wrestlers on a club/team at a given event, the coach will receive a $10 gift card to All-American Wrestling Supply to purchase official USA Wrestling merchandise. Clubs will also receive one (1) complimentary floor pass for every five (5) registered wrestlers. We are in the final days of registration and we already have wrestlers from 13 states signed up to compete! USA Wrestling does not charge for adjusting weight classes even at weigh-ins so sign up soon to guarantee your spot in the event. Online registration closes Thursday, December 3rd at 11:00 PM Mountain Time. Registration will be available on site on Friday evening in Castle Rock for those that miss the online deadline, please note that there is a $10 late fee for registering on site.

Only PREREGISTERED wrestlers can attend satellite weigh-ins. Any wrestlers wishing to register after the online deadline will need to attend the weigh-ins in Castle Rock. No exceptions!

Also, there will be a satellite weigh-in on Saturday morning from 8:30 AM – 9:30 AM for the Allstate qualifier in the main lobby at the Douglas County Events Center.

SCHEDULE CHANGE:

Wrestling still starts at 8:30 AM for Bantams and Intermediates

Wrestling starts in the afternoon for Novice and Middle School at 1:00 PM!

Also, we have one more satellite weigh-in in Greeley, CO at the University of Northern Colorado Wrestling Room. Please visit the event website for more details.

Finally, today is the last day to preregister and only preregistered athletes can attend satellite weigh-ins.

Thank you again to all of the participants at the 1st Annual King of the Mountain in Castle Rock, Colorado. Despite the snow we had a great turnout and USA Wrestling is excited to have a national level tournament in Colorado.
