Will you post any changes that you get before you post the rankings?

Possibly. I plan to adjust the All-Class ranking before the next KWCA ranking that is scheduled for November 22nd.

He is at 120, which is really deep. There have been some changes though and I do have him ranked in Tuesday's update!

I'm new at this whole suggestions thing...but
I thought Andrew Tujague of SJA was at 132? How come none of those Pitt kids got ranked any higher? I heard they had a hell of a weekend at Gardner. Metcalf was at 170 this week? Ranked at 182? Fields takes Hensley to a 1 point match and no credit? 4 kids from the SEK ranked at 138 (Fiscus, Hughes, Murdock, and Watkins), that's going to be a tough regional for everyone else. Durosette didn't even wrestle Murdock this weekend. Also where is Wools at in this mix. I think he beat #2 Durosette at their duals last year in overtime maybe and #4 Murdock. Could you help me with this one Chief. As you can tell I'm from the SEK (Iola).

Tank,
At this point in the season, there will be wrestlers that were expected to be at one weight and either end up a weight class above or a weight class below. There are things that happen, young men grow at the wrong time, others cut way more than you would expect, just stuff like that. SEK has some very strong teams with some great Kids' programs. Pittsburg, Fort Scott, Chanute, Columbus, Frontenac, etc. Your part of the state is well recognized for your wrestling by other parts of the state. Don't get too wrapped up in the rankings as things will change throughout the year. Wrestlers will move up in weight, others will move down, some that should place in State won't, others will come out of no where and place. It is too early to really know much of anything at this point.

Tujague is going 126. Wools was out due to injury this last weekend. Durosette's ranking is based on this years results. Good call on Metcalf. I missed that.

Jones, Fields, Cobb and Wools are all just outside the rankings. They are big reason that I have Pitt ranked #2 in 4A.

Eric,

Trackwrestling sez pin....but I think it was 5-4 a close tough match. Track is only as good as the input, there were other matches on track with incorrect results.

Thanks Richard. I actually saw some of that match and he looked really tough. The main reason that Fields is not ranked was the loss to Nick Haug.

Fields is what I call a hit and miss wrestler. For example, last year at Gardner he pins Nick Mancuso(SJA). Then at Bobcat Classic Mancuso beat Fields 6-3. He can look really good one day and then completely different the next.

That's a good point Quagmire, Fields is good one day and another you wouldn't even think that was the same kid.

Thanks Chief, I missed that Wools was out. I thought I heard something about Durosette getting injuried and forfeiting to Murdock this past Saturday? Has anyone heard anything about that?

I'm not questioning the rankings at all, I know a little about our kids, and much less about the rest around the state, that is for you and others who study/know the kids.....I just wanted you to know track was incorrect about the pin.

I'm very new to this suggesting thing as well. If I can input any info it is that Aaron Seybold look Very impressive in his final at Gardner against Dustin Williams, But Blackwell is still ahead of him. Now I don't know if Blackwell has a comment opponent victory or beat Seybold head-to-head, But in my opinion that match made Seybold look very good.
