$15.00 per wrestler NON REFUNDABLE. Wrestlers will not be entered without entry fee being paid. Absolutely NO DOUBLE Entries. Wrestlers must be ranked.
Must have Current USAW card.
*Make sure you enter into correct division – one single division for 6U and 14U; all others have Open & Novice divisions*
ONE club check payable to Olathe East Wrestling Club
Payment must be received by 12/29/11 or make arrangement with tournament director – Rick Sharp. If no payment, all club entries may be subject to removal from tournament.

900 competitors will be accepted. Entry is on first come, first serve basis.

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS: Weigh-ins, Skin & Nail checks conducted by each club. Spreadsheet to be emailed to address used in track wrestling. (We will check weights if abused or questioned.) All wrestlers must be pre registered by 12/28/11. No new entries accepted on weigh in sheet. Provide contact information on weigh-in email – name & phone number.

Saturday, Dec. 31, 2011– 8:30AM Coaches Meeting 9:00AM(approx) – Wrestling Begins
** Coaches must have current USAW card to receive coach’s band and allowed mat side – no exceptions**
AWARDS: Medals awarded to 1st, 2nd, 3rd & 4th place in Novice & Open.
RULES: Age requirements for wrestlers are listed as of August 31, 2011. KSHSAA as modified by USAWKS, Kansas Kids rules apply. Headgear & singlet are required. Wrestlers with any skin disorders MUST have medical sheet filled out and recently completed by their doctor. ***Coaches with bands & wrestlers (up in 3 matches) ONLY allowed on the wrestling floor/mat side – others will be asked to return to bleachers – Clubs please inform your members
***Parents and wrestlers not competing will NOT be allowed mat-side.***
Coolers must stay in commons area – no coolers in Gyms. No food in Gyms.
***Please respect restricted areas and keep isles clear in gym***
Please respect requests made by tournament workers/volunteers to remain in bleachers.
