At the Little Apple Classic Tournament in Manhattan, I had a Ref. (sorry didn't get his name or number) That I would like to give some public positive feed back to. He was quick to call stalling in the neutral position when one wrestler was backing up not circling or moving forward. It was nice to see stalling being called and points awarded. To the Ref on Mat 4 keep up the great work and the stalling calls when needed.
