The Leavenworth County Spartans and Cy Wainwright (Benedictine Head Coach) are partnering to provide spring and summer training opportunities.
Who: Cy Wainwright (Monday Training Sessions), Spartan Coaching Staff (Thursday Training Sessions, our coaching staff has a variety of collegiate experience as well as greco and freestyle experience)
When: Monday/Thursdays 6:00-7:30 pm
Where: Lansing High School Wrestling Room
Focus: Folkstyle, Freestyle, and Greco
Requirements: Wrestlers must have a current USAW card. If you need one, you can purchase one with our club.
Cost: Free if you are a member in good standing with the Leavenworth County Spartans. We are asking for a $10 donation per training session that Cy is giving (that will be most Mondays). This $ is going to Cy and his program. None of the money is going to the Spartans club. If you would like to join the Spartans club, the cost is $55 (includes USAW card and sports performance team shirt).
We will start the program on 26 March 2012 and continue until the end of July.
