Are there any provisions or by-laws preventing a wrestler from wrestling at two different State Tournaments in one year? Is there a waiting period or anything of that sort? Just a nosey question!! Thanks!

There were two brothers whose father is in the military who participated in the state tournament of the state where the father was stationed. The father was relocated to a military base in Kansas and the two wrestlers lived in and attended school in Kansas and therefore eligible to participate in the Kansas Kids State Championship.

I believe some state tourneys are "open". For some reason Colorado comes to mind. Anyone know for sure?

I was unable to find a USA Wrestling State Championship for youth in Colorado. I did find a freshman and sophomore sponsored state tournament and the criteria was to be a current Colorado high school student.
