I would like to take this moment to thank our son Javier Vieyra for the wonderfull ride that he has taken my family and I on this past 13 yrs.. Javier has been wrestling since he was 5 and just completed his Senior yr of High School. Wrestling has been Javier's "Passion" for years, he has always strived to get better and therefore has always seeked out as much top notch competition as possible. He has accumulated numerous awards,All-American status and titles, but always strived to get better, never being satisfied.
As parents the thing we take most pride in is the young man that wrestling has helped us produce on and off the matt. Javier was voted Class President by his peers, member of National Honor society, was just recently voted to 1st Team 5A All Academic Team,and voted Co Wrestler of the year of the AVCTL with fellow seniors and friends Miles Johns and Jonathan Peterson

We would like to thank his coaches over the years who also helped, Bob Stein,Rich Zimmerman, Gary Seibel (and his asst's), and to all the coaches that helped over the course of his career.
Now on to the NEXT LEVEL!! I am happy to announce that Javier will sign on April 11th at 2:45 in the Salina South HIgh School commons a letter of intent with NCAA II Augustana College of SD.. He will join fellow Kansan and friend Brandon Charbonneau at Augustana.
I would finally like to say to our son, Thanks for the wonderfull ride and memories that you have taken us on and created.
