Pre-Workout Opportunities
Sunday June 10 @ Bonner Springs High School at 3:00PM
Monday June 11 @ Bonner Springs High School at 7:30AM
These workouts are for Cadet Dual Team Members that are capable of attending. Lodging and transportation are responsibility of wrestler for these workouts.


WE WILL PLAN ON MEETING EVERYONE RIDING ON OUR SOUTHWEST AIRLINE AT THE KANSAS CITY AIRPORT(MCI) by 10:00AM on Monday, June 11

Other General Information:

Wrestlers will be flying on Southwest Airlines so they will be able to have TWO bags for checking and ONE carry-on without being charged. They will receive their wrestling gear once they get down there to Florida. The coaching staff will pass this out on Monday evening.

They will need to bring plenty of workout clothes because they will have practices once they are down there. They will be staying in furnished condo's, so hopefully they will be able to keep food items in their kitchen areas, they will have access to a strip mall which has all necessary stores that they can find food, snacks, etc... There will also be a coach staying with each group in the rooms each night.

I think there will be several parents that are going down as well. If you are planning on making the trip, I would appreciate it if you would contact me so I can set up some further information. If you can think of any further information that I am forgetting, please let me know.

Thanks for the info Russ. How long are the workouts on June 10 and June 11 expected to last?

The workout on the 10th will be around a couple of hours. As for the one on the 11th, it will be just a short little practice within an hour so we can get those guys to the airport on time.
