I agree this may affect some clubs, but I think the first thing that needs to be done is go to your local county attorney. From what I understand it is being left up to the county attorney to press charges if they feel it is needed. I honestly can not see many County Attorney’s doing this, if it is a legit fund raiser. (or at least I would hope they wouldn’t)
