This year, Tuff Hermreck will be stepping away from wrestling (oh he'll be back I'm sure!) to spend more time with this Grand-daughters, please come wish him well at the 2012 Paola Open.

As in the past, we strive to provide a great experience for our competitors with optimizing mat time with that of "like-competition" levels where possible. Please rate your wrestlers!

Also, we will be utilizing a split format for this years tournament. We hope this allows many of you to spend less time in the gym.

WHERE: Paola Middle School - 405 North Hospital Drive, Paola, KS 66071

WEIGH-IN: Satellite weigh-ins will be utilized. No Saturday morning weigh-ins. lease contact if you would like to be a satellite location.

TIMES:
Coaches Meeting: 8:30AM
Wrestling: AM Session: 9:00AM (6U, 8U, 12U)
Wrestling: PM Session: At the conclusion of the AM session. Expect to be there by Noon. (10U, 14U)

Weights may be combined!!

KSHSAA Rules with KS. KIDS MODIFICATIONS in effect.

CONCESSIONS: BREAKFAST AND LUNCH WILL BE AVAILABLE.
COOLERS MUST REMAIN IN THE COMMONS AREA.

Always a tough tournament in the past and early enough in the season to shake a few of the cobwebs out (for the coaches anyway).

If you are interested in hosting a satellite weigh-in, please email me (contact@paolawrestling.com) the location and time you will be open for weigh ins.

All skin/nail/weigh-ins must be competed/entered by 8PM.

There are many others that have shown interested; as I get site/time confirmations, this post will be updated.

I assume you'll give the satellite sites passwords to get into the tourney trackwrestling site and enter the weights directly into trackwrestling, correct? So you don't have to manually transfer them from an email, onto trackwrestling..........

Correct. I will send an email on Friday.

The tournament is now full! We hate to turn anyone away however to maintain the experience for everyone we need to do so as we have reached our limit.
