I watched this just now tonight and saw Bo Pursel winning his 4th state title as #9 on this list. They even took time to show a clip from his interview after his state title this past year and his medal ceremony. It reminded me of what a quality young man he is. Given the ones ranked #1-#8 it was too bad he wasn't near the very top of the list but still it is a well deserved honor.

Bo really is a great kid. He always an easy interview and no-brainer choice for our Top 25 moments of 2012.

It's awesome to re-live some of Bo's HS career. He had a great run. Unfortunately we had to pull the plug on him for this year and he is scheduled to have surgery next Thursday to repair a large hernia. He tried to wrestle with it, but it's too much. He has been hurt alot this year, and this was the final straw.

Hopefully he will be able to reload for next year and be back bigger and better.

Thanks,

Bo is a Great Kid and you don't see me give out too many Kudo's. Have known his family for several years now and it is no secrete why he is such a great young man. Best Wishes from the Beeson family, we hope for and expect great things from BO. Get well and give em Hell.

Wow, this is really cool. I did not know about this. Yes, I am sure that Bo probably deserves to be higher but given the fact that wrestling is always under recognized, it is great that he was listed and great that he was top 10.

Congrats to Bo and his parents and coaches!

Wow, this is really not cool. Well the re-living Bo's career is cool, but the injury is not. Sorry to hear about Bo's injury. Hopefully it all works out and he will indeed be ready for next year. Yes, Bo is a great kid with great parents. He is a great ambassador for the sport and for Kansas.
Best wishes to Bo.
